43RD ANNUAL DELAVAN FALL FESTIVAL
5K AND 10K ROAD RACE,
MILE FUN RUN,
AND 1-2 MILE WALK
When: Labor Day – Monday, September 3, 2018 at 8:00AM. Same day registration begins at 6:30AM.
Where: Delavan Lake Park (1st Street) in Delavan, Illinois.
Course: The 10K course is a 6.2 rolling, out and back guaranteed to provide a challenge. Split times will be available at the turnaround and a water station will be at miles 1.5 and 4.5. There will be traffic control to ensure the safety of runners. The 5K race will be on the 10K course and will turn around at approximately the 1.5 mile mark. The Mile Fun Run and noncompetitive walk will begin at the same time as the 5K/10K races. There will also be medical assistance throughout the races and the finish line if needed. This race is part of the IVS Grand Prix Race Series.
Awards: Awards in the 5K/10K will go to the overall male and female winners. Medallions will be awarded to the top two finishers in each age group. Dri-fit t-shirts will be available to those who preregister by August 27, 2018. There will be no awards for the walk and it will not be timed. Walk can be either one or two miles.
5K/10K run – $25.00.
1-2 mile walk – $20.00.
Please submit (post-mark) registration forms by August 27, 2018. Pricing does not change if registration falls after August 27th. Dry-fit t-shirts will only be available to those who have registration in/or post marked before August 27th. T-shirts will not be available to anyone submitting registration after August 27th. The 1 Mile Fun Run is free and no need to preregister.

Age Groups: 5k/10K Male & Female – 0-14, 15-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 and over. Each race will have it’s own separate awards. Age groupings based on last years result.
